Once we set-up The Resource Schedule, appointments are viewed in a notebook tab style screen, called an Overview. We can create as many Overviews as you would like, and can customize each Overview to suit your needs.
In this example we see an Overview called "All Doctors," this allows the doctors to see a side-by-side view of the daily schedule on the same screen.
Note that each appointment is color-coded - as is the blocked-out time for Dr. Jones (who performs surgeries on Friday morning), Jones (who has hospital rounds at 9:40 am), and Simonson (who is on vacation this Friday).
At the top of the screen, the system displays today's date. You can flip the page to view another day's schedule by clicking on the Rewind << or Fast Forward >> buttons. When you want to flip the page back to today, just click on the "Today" button.
